DOWNPAYMENT POLICY:

NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT- The down payment is non-refundable.
50% DOWNPAYMENT- A 50% down payment is required to secure a schedule. Bookings without a down payment will be automatically canceled within 24 hours.

BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE- For schedules booked less than 24 hours from the booking date, the 24-hour grace period is not applicable. These bookings will not be canceled but will remain unsecured unless a down payment is made.
​
AVOID FALSE BOOKING- False bookings will result in a ban from making future bookings or availing of any of our services.

STUDIO RULES
PLEASE BE ON TIME- The photo shoot will start and end according to the scheduled time. We kindly request that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Please note: if you are more than 30 minutes late for a 1-hour session, 15 minutes late for a 30-minute session, or 5 minutes late for a 15-minute session, it will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the down payment will be forfeited, and the studio will no longer be available for your use. If you require additional time, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and with an additional charge.

SELECTED PHOTOS ARE FINAL- All selected photos (Self-Click) including for enhancement (With Photographer Packages & Add-on Enhancement) will be considered final after the day of your session. Any changes to your selection must be requested on the same day as your session. Otherwise, any additional changes will be treated as additional photo selections and will incur an extra charge.

AVOID DAMAGES- Any damages in the studio caused by any participant will be charged min. of P500. In case any equipment is damaged (cracked/scratched/peeled/wetted/dropped/torn) due to negligence or reckless acts, the client is obliged to replace the exact equipment.
​
REMINDERS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT- You will receive email reminders 3 days, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure that your selected date and time are accurate, as we will strictly follow the booking details in your confirmed reservation. If you notice any discrepancies in your booking information, kindly inform us immediately.​​​
​
DELETING OF UNSELECTED PHOTOS- Due to the limited capacity of our memory cards, unselected photos that were not claimed will be deleted after 7 days.
​
NO DOWNGRADING OF PACKAGES- Downgrading of package selected on the day of the booked date is not allowed.
​
PLEASE BE NICE- We reserve the right to refuse service to rude customers.
​
PET POLICY- Pets are not allowed due to building rules. (Davao Only)

RESCHEDULE POLICY
FREE RESCHEDULING- You may reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided the request is made at least 3 days before your scheduled date. For example, if your appointment is on January 5, the last day to reschedule without a fee is January 1. If you book 1–2 days before your desired date, free rescheduling will no longer be available.

ONE TIME RESCHEDULE ONLY- You can only reschedule once. For a second rescheduling, the remaining balance must be paid. A third rescheduling will be considered a new booking and will require a new down payment.

MISSED APPOINTMENT- In case you missed your appointment, it will be considered "No Show" and "Cancelled" and there will be no rescheduling or refunds that will be granted (as stated on "Downpayment Clause").
​
RESCHEDULING DUE TO EMERGENCY- In case of emergency or if the client can't come to the studio due to uncontrollable natural phenomenon (medical emergency, flood, heavy rains, earthquakes), rescheduling for free is allowed.
​
RESCHEDULED BY US- In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you have two options:
1. We can reschedule your appointment, and the remaining balance will be waived.
2. We can issue a refund for your down payment, in which case no rescheduling will be possible.
​
RESCHEDULING CLOSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT- For rescheduling beyond the free rescheduling period, a 30% rescheduling fee (calculated as 30% of the down payment) will be charged. For example, if your appointment is on January 5 and you request to reschedule between January 2 and 5, a rescheduling fee will apply.
Sample Computation:
Creative Me Package: ₱390
Down payment: ₱195
30% Rescheduling Fee: ₱58.50

LAST-MINUTE RESCHEDULING- If the client requests for a reschedule on the same day of the scheduled shoot, he/she must pay the balance plus 30% fee (30% of Down payment) before being granted a reschedule.
​
SELF-RESCHEDULING IS NOT ALLOWED- Rescheduling on your own is not allowed. Doing so will forfeit the down payment and the schedule will be canceled. Please contact our representative if you want to request for rescheduling.

PHOTO SUBMISSION
MINIMAL ENHANCEMENT ONLY- Our photo enhancement service focuses on improving the overall quality of your images. It includes essential adjustments such as light and color correction, blemish removal, alignment, and general clean up to enhance the appearance of the photos. However, please note that we do not offer extensive editing services such as background removal, photo manipulation, face and body contours, or object addition or removal. Our goal is to provide you with a polished and refined version of your original images without major alterations. Learn more about our enhancement process here.

NO FREE ENHANCEMENT FOR SELF-CLICK- Free photo enhancement is not available for Self-Click Packages. However, you may avail of photo enhancement for an additional cost.
​
SAME DAY SUBMISSION OF PHOTOS- All selected photos will be sent on the same day of your photoshoot. It will be transferred via Google Drive.
​
DELIVERY TIME FOR ENHANCED PHOTOS- All photos for enhancement, including those in Packages with Photographer or Add-on Photo Enhancement for Self-Click Packages, will be ready within 3 to 7 working days after your session. For additional photos requested, delivery may take a little bit longer.
​
FREE PRINTED PHOTOS- All complimentary or free printed photos will be provided on the same day as the photoshoot. These free prints are unenhanced. If you request prints of your enhanced photos, they will be available 2-3 weeks after your session.
​
TAKE ALL RAW FILES- Taking all Raw or Unselected photos are not included on the packages, separate payment is required if requested.
​
DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS- Download your photos as soon as you receive them. We have a routine of cleaning up our hard drives and Google Drive every 30 days. So, to be on the safe side, we'll be deleting any raw photos that are older than 30 days.
​
HAIR & MAKEUP SERVICE POLICY
​
NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT- Our HMUA services are provided by a third-party service provider. A 50% down payment is required to secure an appointment.​ Down payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the down payment will be forfeited. A new schedule will require a new down payment.
​
ALLERGEN NOTICE- Please inform us in advance of any allergic reactions to specific products so that the makeup artist can prepare an alternative.
​
PEGS OR REFERENCE MAKEUP- If you have specific inspirations or sample makeup looks (pegs), please notify us in advance.
USE SHAMPOO ONLY- Use only shampoo and avoid conditioner on your hair.
​
AVOID EYELASH EXTENSIONS- Refrain from getting eyelash extensions and lash lifts before the appointment.
NO FACIAL TREATMENTS- Avoid facial treatments or rejuvenating procedures at least 1 week before the scheduled appointment.
BE ON TIME- We kindly request that you arrive on time to avoid delays.
