DOWNPAYMENT
• A P1500 Downpayment is required to book a schedule. Once payment and schedule has been confirmed, the downpayment is no longer refundable.
• In case of cancellation due to emergency or any uncontrollable natural phenomenon such as heavy rains, earthquake, flood, etc., only half of the downpayment will be refunded. 
• In case the company cancels the appointment, a 100% refund will be granted.

PRE-BOOKING
• Newborn must be 10-14 days old on the day of the schedule. 

• We prioritize the comfort and well-being of the newborn throughout the photography session. While our photographers will make every effort to manage and guide the poses of the newborn, the baby's comfort and cooperation are paramount. If the newborn is uncooperative during the session, it will still be considered a complete session regardless of the number of photos taken. Under no circumstances will our photographers force any pose on the baby.

• Safety is our top priority. We will only accept newborns who meet the following health criteria: the baby must be born full-term (37 weeks or older), have no medical co-morbid conditions, and weigh at least 2500 grams.

• To help ensure a successful photography session and avoid overstimulating the baby, we suggest that parents keep the baby awake 1-2 hours before the session and, if possible, hold off on feeding until the session begins. However, these are merely recommendations. Please feel free to feed or let the baby sleep if they need to. Our priority is the baby’s comfort, and we will always accommodate their needs during the session.

• The photo shoot will start and end base on the scheduled time.

• Swaddling of the newborn is included on the scheduled time.

• We kindly request that you arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Just a heads up, if you're more than 30 minutes late it will be considered a no show and cancelled.

RESCHEDULE
• Confirmed sessions can only be rescheduled once. If a client requests a reschedule on the day of the session, the remaining balance must be paid before a new date is granted.

• The baby must still be within the applicable age range of 10-14 days old on the new scheduled date.

SUBMISSION OF PHOTOS
• You will receive your edited photos after 2-3 weeks.

• Our photo enhancement service focuses on improving the overall quality of your images. It includes essential adjustments such as light and color correction, blemish removal, alignment, and general clean up to enhance the appearance of the photos. However, please note that we do not offer extensive editing services such as background removal, photo manipulation, face and body contours, or object addition or removal. Our goal is to provide you with a polished and refined version of your original images without major alterations.

OWNERSHIP
• All photographs taken by Baby Snapz Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of Baby Snapz Studio. The company retains all rights to use, distribute, and display the photographs on any platform and in any form, without limitation. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and print media. Clients do not obtain ownership rights to the photographs but are granted a limited license for personal use as specified by the company.
